RECEPIE -HYDERABAI RICE TAHARI

I went out for a friends party and he is from Chennai i am very found of food any state but tasty it should  be will top the list or me
so now when i went to this restaurant its very famous for a particular place biryani -(don;t wanna name it ) they game 8 dirhams 1/2 cup of colored rice with no meat they said is their biryani

me and my Friend looked at each Other;;s  face and he said no issues you taste if you like we buy  more hence we started and OMG this is no biryani this Hyderabad tahari

so i told my Friend in this much we can easily make this at home gave and gave him recipe
i guess you guys are also my Friends hence here is the recipe for you all too.

INGREDIENTS -

·                                 Rice 1/2 kg
·                                 Onion 3
·                                 ginger Paste 1 tbsp
·                                 Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
·                                 Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
·                                 Salt To taste
·                                 Turmeric Powder 2 tbsp
·                                 Yoghurt 1 cup
·                                 Tomato 1 cup
·                                 Green Chilli 1/2 cup
·                                 Coriander seeds 1/2 tbsp
·                                 Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
·                                 Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
·                                 Potatoes(cut in cubes) 1 cup
·                                 Onions(browned) 2 tbsp
·                                 Oil 1 cup
·                                 Almonds(julienne) 1/4 cup

·                                 Yellow Food Colour 1-2 Pinch.

·  Heat oil and fry onions till brown.
Add ginger, garlic, salt, red chili, turmeric, tomatoes and yogurt and cook for a while.
Later, add mutton -pressure cooked  with little salt and ginger garlic paste and turmeric  cook and mix well.
in separate big vessel

Now add uncooked rice (saute rice 5 minutes than and 1 &1/2 cups water.
Cook rice -little red Dal(masoor) spoon on high flame.(1kg rice-100 grams )red Dal
When water evaporates, add food colour and simmer on low flame.
When the rice tenderize, add cumin, garam masala, green chillies, coriander.
Garnish with almonds and browned onions and serve with raita, salad and chutney.

KARACHI BISCUTS-TOO GOOD TO LEAVE

when i will come from Hyderabad to Dubai all my known people and relatives want me to buy this superb bis cutes for them s these are easily available on the airport duty free in Hyderabad thought its little costly their  ,that does;t make any difference in taste .

these are Karachi brand biscuit very famous in  Hyderabad in muzamjahi market opposite famous ice cream so people if you are in Hyderabad's you have to taste this and if any of your friends their of course they can get for you

its all dry fruits biscuits and they have one chocolate flavor also which is very good they stuff in biscuits for you as much as you can eat it 3 month's -2daily really but its too much yummy to resist and for health also its Good and pure vegetarian .

CALICUT NOTEBOOK -DESTINATION HEALTHY FOOD

calicut note book in diera dubai is a prime retsurant for the week we went out eating we have a faboulous  lunch for very cheap . from the gods own country kerala yes

iam a hyderabai and i went to a kerala resturerant and liked it totally  it worth every peeny with very good atmosphere humble staff and very nice ambienece ,i would recommend it to all specailly the malbary paratha its very yummy and the texture is if maida on demand you can even get for flour the paratha its very nice and you cannot stop eating .

we had vegetable curry with it mixed they have thali also its for 11 dirhams only so it is nice but take with barikk set means rice is not usual kerala style its all other things are cooked to perfect totally .



GUUD SWEET
the sweet we took was a special kearalite sweet with made of guud (dates )so its totally mild sugar very good fats and good sugar  very yummy .

CHINESS IN SHARJAH-DON;T MISS IT

sorry people out of city never mind


WHEN YOU SEE THIS EXACTLY OPPOSITE LITTLE IN LANE
 i was in sharjah for some work and Chinese i ate their was soooooooooooooooooo awesome people if you are in search of Indian -Chinese kind of  food we get in India

you are in correct place now its in abushagara park behind holiday inn or city max electronics also to be specific .its name is Chinese house(indian staff and nepali cooks )-beside veg hotel gujrat.(that revue next time)
its not a big place kind of cafeteria with 5-10 staff cooking Delicious Chinese food they usually give parcel only as they don;t have sitting place enough with them their is a large menu .

from fish to steaks to curries and everything other than sweet Chinese
and its too good to leave

 we had these  starters filling in is like vegetable rolls but  much in star shape awesome
and den had fish Manchurian with  which fish was so yummmmmmmmy and tender that 1 parcel surely was not enough but what to do .mnyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy .(sorry no pixs old habit ate it b4 taking snaps :()


all these names of items you would have heard times and again but taste, mind you here its the best of Chinese and place ,can have mind -you Indian taste chines food halal and awesome garamgram yum..

shezwan rice was awesome with  mixed vegetable noodles(easy way to puts veggies in kids plates ) we had bought for 4 when we took 1 of each [parcel and quantity is very filling and good was worth 70 dirhams for 4 people
